Buyer Message Delivery

Author: Over the last couple months we have been working hard on many new features for the website to make your buying and selling experience better.
One of the things that are immediately working on is message delivery to sellers. We have confirmed that when a buyer sends a seller a message on Trading Cradles that message is sometimes going to the sellers spam box and the seller isn’t aware they have an interested buyer.
If you can take a second to post a comment to this question it would help us make a better decision in enhancing our messaging system and making sure your experience with Trading Cradles continues to be a happy one…
QUESTION:
Would you prefer us to keep the message system the way it is now or would you prefer if we built an internal message system on TradingCradles.com that allows you to login and reply to buyers or contact sellers? Please share any specific details to help us make a better decision.
Currently, to ensure you get buyer emails add noreply@tradingcradles.net to your safe list or contacts.
If you have ads posted on TradingCradles.com we strongly recommend you check your spam box for any messages from buyers or the Trading Cradles Parental Team. If you do find that a message went to your spam box please be sure to mark it not spam.
